We take so much for granted, each day. I realize this especially during moments of presence and clarity, usually when I pause. Or when something happens in our life to awaken us, again.
I'm reminded of this again now as I'm recuperating from the flu. How easily I take for granted the simple acts of breathing, moving, and just 'doing' with ease and energy. It makes me appreciate the unseen things more that swirl in our lives.
I am so often grateful for my beloved husband Alan. And very much so now. He is such a watchful and careful help to me, as he juggles his many roles and tasks. I appreciate him dearly.
He learned this well from his parents. His dad was an amazing role model of a man, husband and father. I appreciate their wisdoms and role modeling.
